  • To build your mental wellness toolkit;

  • To communicate with you about information and updates pertaining to your mental wellness toolkit and/or Campus Champion;

  • To administer website features (for example, weekly newsletters);

We do not sell or trade to outside parties the information we collect from you other than as set forth herein.  We do not share personal data with any person or company unless we have an agreement with them that controls their use of the data.  We may disclose information collected from and about you to select partners in order to match you with an appropriate mental health coach.  

 

We may disclose the information we collect with certain trusted third parties (for example providers of customer support and IT services) to help us provide, improve, protect and promote our services.  These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf in compliance with this Privacy Policy and we will remain responsible for the handling of your information in accordance with our instructions. 

 

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, respond to legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce our Site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.  In the event you are deemed a threat to yourself or others, your personal information may additionally be released to local crisis teams.  We may also disclose your personal information with your express consent for other purposes not listed here.

Journal

 

Although information that is posted in your private Journal on Athlete Minds Matter is confidential, it will be monitored for certain risk words that indicate a person may potentially be harmful to themselves or to others.  In this case, this information posted in the Support Forum, as well as any personal information will be reported to an authority of choice by the Company. 


 

Children Under the Age of 13

 

Nothing on this site is intended to be used by children under the age of thirteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will promptly delete that information.
