As a Mental Health Empowerment Speaker, Ivy speaks to student-athletes, coaches, and administrators across the country, but has always wanted to do more, and create a lasting impact for the mental health of those that Ivy speaks to.
Athlete Minds Matter is a platform that Ivy wishes she had as a student-athlete, when she was in the midst of her mental health struggle. To be able to see that she was not alone, would have been critical to preventing a lot of the struggles she had for years during and after high school and college athletics.
Within the darkness, there is light. We can never be sure when exactly the light will come, but there is light, there is always light, keep going.
